UPDATE: Preventing tasks such as new connections, and the addition and removal of bars.

NEW: UK mobile network problems may also be impacting voice services for some customers.

Further to this morning's announcement, we are also aware that some of our customers may be experiencing issues with voice services.

This is a result of an ongoing technical issue (unconnected to those reported this morning) currently affecting all mobile networks across the UK.

In addition, O2 systems are still preventing and/or delaying tasks such as new connections, SIM swaps, the addition and removal of bars, and the turning on/off of Wifi & 4G Calling.

Our technical teams are investigating, and updates will be shared as soon they are available.
